I am so excited about today’s post! I am transitioning one of my favorite dresses from this summer for fall! My go to transition pieces: a cool jacket (preferably leather) & some booties! It really is as easy as that. Even though the pastels in the dress are super summery, the black accent in the dress makes a black leather jacket the perfect pair!
Another reason why I am loving this post, I get to pull out my favorites from last fall & winter!
Three pieces I wore out last year:
1) My Clare V. clutch– lets be honest, I wear that out every season. If I had to calculate the cost per wear, I think I would be down to pennies on the dollar. No joke.
2) My black Michael Kors Bradshaw watch. It just seems to go with everything once I pack my brightly colored clothes away for the winter.
3) My Vince Camuto open toed booties. They were a Nordstrom Rack steal, but these are similar! They make every outfit better, and they add a little cool vibe. Which is what I am always after!
So naturally once fall rolls around they will be yet again, worn out! I am not complaining though, just giving y’all a fair warning 😉 It is always nice to have those pieces in your closet that you can fall back on.
