travel outfit tuesday

Hey y’all! Today I am sharing my travel outfit from my trip to Colorado last month. When I am traveling I always try to incorporate a lot of layers into my outfit because it is either always freezing or burning up on the plane, and it is always a toss up which one it will be! Secondly, I try to pack my carry on bags efficiently, which doesn’t always work out, butttt I try! This Madewell Tote is large enough to hold my laptop and necessities, but it is still small enough to tote around all day. On the other hand, this Barrington Belmont Cabin Bag is the perfect size to carry on everything else that I do not want to check, like my cameras, jewelry, makeup and a spare set of clothes just in case my luggage doesn’t find its way to its final destination on time! Lastly, my checked bag doesn’t always get as much thought. I am an over packer to say the least, so my last carry on tip, wear your heaviest shoes. You don’t want to have to pay the additional fee if your bag is over weight, ever little bit helps 😉
