New Year’s Eve Makeup Look

Hey y’all! Today’s post is all about the perfect hair & makeup for your New Year’s Eve plans! I love doing my makeup for fun events like NYE just as much (if not more) than picking out my outfit. Regardless of what you’re wearing, its all about balance. Want to go with a bright lip? Go easier on the eyes. Want to sport a smokey eye? Opt for a nude lip! I’m sharing two looks & two easy & different hair styles that are perfect for any New Year’s Eve plans!

For both looks I used the same products for my face. I primed my skin with this mattifying primer & this backlight primer, it might seem excessive, but it gives you a nice glow while keeping the oils at bay– which is my endgame! Next up, foundation & concealer for those under eyes. I set my concealer with this powder & the rest of my face with this loose powder. Those two powders are the dream team! I’ll add a little contour to my cheek bones with this palette & warm up the rest of my face with this bronzer in ‘luminous bronze light’. Top my cheekbones with a swipe of this blush in ‘deep throat’ & some highlight (this one is my favorite!)! Now I’m read for eyeshadow & lips 🙂

First up: a bold red lip & subtle gold eyes (I LOVE pairing gold with a fun red!) with loose curls!

Next up: a super easy smokey eye + a nude lip, paired with a half up do!

Add some loose curls & tease for texture, pull half of your hair back & pin with bobby pins– easy peasy!
