Happy Wednesday y’all! I hope everyone is having a good week so far. Some sickness has hit me like a ton of bricks, so I am more than likely sitting in robe trying my best to be productive. It’s one of those things that isn’t bad enough to sleep all day, but just bad enough to throw off my workout schedule and productivity! Cue the eye roll emoji stat. Plus being sick on #Whole30 is not a good combo. Like gimme some tomato soup & a grilled cheese please! Okay, rant over.
Back to the reason y’all are here 😉 This outfit is so simple, and I think that’s why I love it so much. It’s perfect for happy hour, dinner or any weekend shenanigans really. And can we chat about these booties for a minute?! They were on my wish list for yearsss. I actually took the plunge a few years ago, ordered them in black, and when I got them in the seam across the toes was ripped. I was having buyers remorse, so I returned them. Well the shopping gods wanted me to have these booties y’all, because I found them when I was shopping at a Nordstrom Rack in some random town in South Carolina on our way to Hilton Head a few summers ago! The stars aligned, I tell ya. They really are some of my favorite booties, the heel height is perfect and the quality is amazing. I write all of this to remind myself to wear these booties more and to remind myself to get some no show socks because the white sock peeking out of these booties is not a cute look 😂
