Happy Thursday y’all! I’m back with another beauty post with Nordstrom and today is all about the beauty staples. It’s nice to incorporate new products into your routine depending on the season, see my spring beauty favs here!, but some products stand the test of time regardless of season!

First up, a no muss, no fuss simple lip color. This Bare Minerals Matte Liquid Lip Color is the most comfortable and long wearing product. It is perfect for a long day at work because you don’t have to worry about reapplying. Now I know y’all have seen this NARS lipgloss in Chelsea Girls a million times around there, but it is because it is that good! It pairs so well with everything and works well on it’s own too. I actually wore it on our wedding day!

An everyday foundation is a must, but first you need to know your skin. Maybe your skin takes better to a powder foundation, maybe you have dry skin, maybe you want very minimal coverage. Whatever it is, find something that works for you that you can count on on a daily basis. For those who don’t know, I have oily skin, so this oil free silk creme foundation works so well for me for an everyday foundation.

A little highlight is always a good idea, regardless of season! This Dior Luminizer is a newer to me product, but I love it! It gives your cheek bones the prettiest sheen!

A natural bronzer is also a beauty staple everyone needs in their makeup bag. I love the NARS Liquid Laguna because it is so versatile. You can mix it into your foundation if it is a little light, mix it into lotion to add a little temporary color to your legs and of course you can bronze up your face. Don’t be scared by bronzer y’all, you can use it year round.

See that neon pink egg looking thing in the background? That is a beauty blender, and if you don’t have one stop what you’re doing right now and get your hands on one. It is so worth the money & will give your foundation a flawless finish!

Simple eye products are the BEST! These caviar sticks & this cream eyeshadow are two products you can seriously just swipe on & go.

Oh and you can’t forget the brows! Anastasia Beverly Hills put brow products on the map, and for good reason. Her brow wiz gives your brows the most natural, filled in look.

This translucent powder seriously saves my makeup. Regardless of what foundation I am wear, I always set it with this powder. It gives my skin the most flawless finish!
