TGIF y’all! Today is all about those spring trends! I know I am not alone when I say I am beyond ready for spring and summer! One day it will be beautiful and 65 in KY, and the next it is frigid and 30. Needless to say, I’m ready for some consistency and warmer temps! But enough about the weather, lets chat trends!

First up: Embroidery! This might be one of my favorite trends this season because it doesn’t just apply to dresses or tops or accessories! Embroidery is everywhere right now and I can’t get enough. I scooped up this blouse and I am in love. These sneakers are on my wish list too, and how fun are these jeans & this bag?!

Ruffles:: the bigger the better with this trend! From big sleeves to hemlines. This feminine trend might not be for everyone, I still don’t know if I’m on board yet… But I do love this ruffled, asymmetrical hemline off the shoulder top! I mean how gorgeous is this color?!

One Shoulder: Last year it was all about off the shoulder, but it looks like the one shoulder trend might be taking it’s place this year! Typically with this trend you get a two for one– ruffles & one shoulder. See this dress & this pink top. Those ruffles I can handle. I think 😉

Soft Suede: This fabric is everywhere! From bags to jackets to shoes, suede is in y’all! This light pink tote is so pretty and this blue crossbody would be perfect for summer! And let’s not forget the suede jacket you’ve seen 1000 times around the blogosphere!

Mules: Never did I ever think I would see the day when I would want to wear mules. Looks like I was wrong! This shoe is back in so many different styles and better than ever. My personal favorites are these tassel flats & this block heel version!

Statement Earrings: Yes, yes, yes! 🙌 I’ve had a thing for statement earrings since I worked at J.Crew years ago, and I am SO glad they’re not going anywhere this season. Tassel earrings are everywhere you look. My personal favorites are the Lisi Lerch tassel earrings (I’m pretty sure she made this style of earring popular so I’ve got to give credit where credit is due 😉) and these bargain buys. This knotted version is SO lightweight!

Espadrilles: Last but not least. These shoes might be the unofficial shoe of the spring. I mean how many different times do you think we will see these wedges styled? I totally own a pair, so I’m definitely not mad about it. What is nice about this trend is the flats are just as cute as the heeled versions! And these sneaker espadrilles might just be my favorite!
