Happy Monday y’all! I am kicking the week off with this adorable & affordable top that I am loving! I am clearly having a thing for all things off the shoulder, but this ruffled version might take the cake. I have a confession though, I’m not too into the dramatic ruffled tops this season, they’re just a little too feminine and loud for me. Not this top y’all! I think it’s the color & the light fabric that makes me love it, plus these ruffles are so fun & flowy!
