Public access to the nordstrom anniversary sale is here!

What does this mean exactly?! You no longer need to be a Nordstrom cardholder to shop! There are still SO many amazing sale goodies in stock, I can’t believe it! I mean, even several of my favorite Early Access picks are available! For today’s post, I am going to something a bit different. I am sharing my TOP 10 pieces of clothing from the sale that are UNDER $100. They are each well worth the money, and I’m sharing my thoughts & sizing on each item! Under $100 NSale Finds:

Patagonia Los Gatos Vest: $73.90 / After Sale: $99.00

This vest is one of my most worn pieces in my closet during the colder months. I’ve had the ‘Drifter Grey’ color for years, and when I saw this peachy color I knew I would get so much wear out of it this fall & winter! It runs small though, so size up. I have a M in both of mine.

BlankNYC Suede Mini Skirt: $64.90 / After Sale: $98

This skirt was in heavy rotation for me last winter & early spring. I loved it so much I actually bought this taupe color (from last year) and the ‘Wink Wink’ color within a few weeks of each other. As far as sizing goes, this one is a little tricky. I purchased the burgundy color in a size 27, and it fit just right when I first put it on. But y’all, it stretches out! I am not sure how that happens with suede, but it did. With that being said I purchased the 26 (my normal size) in this taupe color, and it was a little tough to get on over the hips (it wasn’t tight once on!), but it fit so much better throughout the day. So maybe keep that in mind when ordering!

Halogen Open Cashmere Sweater: $98.90 / After Sale:$149.00

When I prep for sales like the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I always tell myself I need to stock up on cashmere. This year might be the first time I actually listened to myself! I was shopping the sale in stores and found an oatmeal cardi that was okay, the quality wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but I really wanted a cardigan that color so I got it anyway. When I made my way to the accessories I saw this oatmeal cashmere cardigan, and immediately knew I was going to love this one so much more! This sweater is AMAZING y’all. Worth every dang penny. I seriously want one in every color, it comes in 6 colors by the way. And they’re one size fits all, which eliminates the sizing struggle. I would highly, highly recommend this sweater if you’re looking for a cashmere one. The only draw back in the 3 quarter length sleeve, but for me it wasn’t a big deal because I am always rolling my sleeves up anyway. Since I am on a cashmere kick, I am dying for this under $100 wrap as well!

BlankNYC Distressed Denim: these are sadly sold out

What a bummer! There isn’t much to say about these jeans since they’re sold out, but if they come back in stock make sure you size down! They run big & stretch out. I am wearing a 25, and I am most definitely not a 25. On another note, good denim is such a must have when prepping your closet for fall. Luckily, a cute pair of jeans doesn’t have to break the back. I have my eyes on this super dark pair & this step hem pair.

Lush V-Neck Pocket Tee: $15.90 / After Sale: $24.00

So funny story about this little tee. I scooped up the grey & white (sold out) in stores last Thursday. I wanted just about every color though. I wanted to get into something cozy last Thursday night, and put this grey tee on. Well Tyler accidentally got something on this shirt, so I immediately threw it in the wash on cold. When I got it out it occurred to me to check the label as to whether or not I should dry it. To my surprise the label reads: “Dry Clean Only”. I’m sorry, what?! Dry clean a $16 tshirt?! I don’t think so. The deed had already been done, so I decided to lay it flat to dry. The shirt was fine! So moral of that long story, don’t be turned off by the dry clean only label, it’s well worth the $16. I bought an XS in both colors, they run a bit big.

This was definitely one of those pieces I wasn’t going to pick up when I was shopping online. I saw this sweater in stores and was so pleasantly surprised by it! The color was a selling point, and then I felt it… It is so soft y’all. I kind of want it in every color! It is a great basic to have transitioning into fall because of the lightweight material, it will work great under jackets when it starts to feel like fall.

Topshop Blazer: $49.90 / After Sale: $75

After this blazer came in the mail & it didn’t work, I was SO bummed! And was dying for a longer blazer I could throw over a t-shirt & jeans. After browsing the NSale, I stumbled upon this knit version! Y’all, it was so cozy & comfy! I will be wearing it to death this fall. I ordered a 6 because I know Topshop runs small, but I probably could have gotten away with a 4 because of the material. I decided to keep the 6 so I could wear thicker pieces under it when it gets chilly.

Blue Ruffle Bell Sleeve Top: $31.90 / After Sale: $49.00

This baby blue beauty is such a good budget buy! Say that five times fast! But seriously, I love this top, the sleeves are so fun & it would be perfect for work or play. It comes in 4 other prints, and runs true to size. I will say the top is a little short. For all you tall gals-this one might not be for you unless you’re looking for that cropped style! I’m wearing a Small.

Tie Knot Sweatshirt: $29.90 / After Sale: $49.00

I probably wouldn’t have scooped this feminine sweatshirt up had I not seen it in stores, but the bow caught my eye and I decided to give it a go. I love the bow detail, and it’s definitely really comfy. I had an XS in the fitting room, so that’s the size I went with, but I probably could have gotten away with the small for a roomier look. I have a feeling I’ll be living in this sweatshirt this fall.
