My Go To Summer Jeans

Happy Wednesday y’all! I normally look forward to Wednesday because we’re halfway to the weekend, but today is an extra special Wednesday. It is Tyler’s 30th birthday! I can’t wait to celebrate him, he is the easiest person to celebrate & deserves the world. When we met 6 years ago (we went to the same college & knew each other but weren’t friends, so I use the term ‘met’ loosely) never in my wildest dreams did I think we’d be celebrating our 30th birthdays together. But here we are, and I am just over the moon. I love you more than you know, B. Cheers to the next 30!

Okay, sappy rant over! Let’s chat this look, shall we?! I love how this combo came together, but let’s start with the jeans. While it does get veryyy warm in KY during the summer, sometimes you just need a go to pair of jeans to throw on for any occasion. That is this pair of jeans. I love love love the cut, the slight crop & flared leg is so good! Plus Madewell jeans are the comfiest so there is that!

I packed these jeans for Italy, and loved wearing them more casually. For this look I wanted to dress them up a little so I reached for these platforms (they’re on SALE!) and this tie shoulder top. I love this top y’all. The details & colors are too good.
