I am all about not washing my hair during quarantine, but that doesn’t mean that I just want to throw it up into a messy bun & be done with it. Nope. We’re banning the bun over here with two Pantene Waterless Collection hair products, and I’m sharing 5 hair styles you can achieve on non-wash days.
DAY 1:
I’m kicking off my bun free week by washing my hair. We’re starting at base line for this, so let’s begin with clean hair! For day 1 I’ve styled my hair how I always do, down with some loose waves & added texture. This is so easy for me, and my go to hair style. I love it because I can style my hair so many different ways once it’s washed & curled like above.
That’s where Pantene’s Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray & Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist come in. These products have been on heavy rotation on my vanity, and for good reason. They leave ZERO residue, which is huge as a brunette. I’ve never found a dry shampoo that truly leaves my hair without a residue that actually works until this one. As someone who is very sensitive to fragrance in products (they tend to give me a headache) I very much appreciate the mild, fresh scent of these Pantene products. Not to mention they are sulfate & paraben free and they do such an amazing job refreshing the hair, soaking up the excess oil & allows me to go days without washing my hair.
I had so much fun creating these different hair styles for y’all. They’re so easy to do. All you need are Pantene’s Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray & Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist, a few hair ties & your favorite hair accessories.
Day 2:
To prep the hair for day two, I apply a bit of the dry shampoo onto my part and throughout my roots before I go to bed the night before. I always find I can tell a difference when I do this! It allows the product to really soak up the hair overnight. Typically, when I do so, I don’t have to use as much product in the morning! For this look I freshened up my curls & added my favorite headband.
Day 3:
I love adding a cute hair scarf to my pony come spring! For Day 3 hair: I sprayed some of the dry shampoo right into my part, and then went in with the Dry Conditioner Mist on the ends of my hair. The mist helps keep my ends smooth & moisturized. Then I just pulled my hair back into a low pony, pulled out a few pieces of hair to frame my face & tied a little scarf around my ponytail holder.
Day 4:
I got a little creative for day 4! I kicked this look off with a good amount of dry shampoo. Spraying it through my roots & leaving it to soak in for about 5 minutes. Then I massaged the product into the scalp. This is key to make sure the product blends into the hair. This easy braid less braid involves 3 layers of topsy tails on each side. Tip: pull on the topsy tails at the end for a messy look.
Day 5:
I’m capping off the week with this easy half up ponytail. This is a great way to get your hair out of your face, while still looking pulled together. Same rules apply: spray Pantene’s Waterless Dry Shampoo Spray throughout roots & massage the product in to the scalp. End with a little mist of the dry conditioner mist to the ends to keep the hair
smooth & healthy looking!
And that’s a wrap! I’ve loved putting these Pantene Waterless Collection products to the test & sharing 5 different ways I style my hair on non-wash days. The combo of the waterless dry shampoo & conditioner mist really helps to lengthen the time between washes, which has been so convenient over the past month. Pick up the new collection here!
