Favorite Finds: Summer Amazon Purchases

My Amazon account has seen a lot of action over the past few months. Between quarantine, a home reno & a new season to shop for, I have been turning to Amazon more & more! Today’s Favorite Finds: my summer Amazon purchases.

Happy Tuesday y’all! I am back with another Favorite Finds! These roundups are quickly becoming some of my favorite posts to share with y’all. Today’s roundup is a bit different. I usually include items I love, but don’t actually own. Today is a bit different because I’ve actually purchased everything in this roundup! So in addition to sharing what I bought, I’m also sharing my true thoughts on the product.

1. Rattan Fruit Bowl Set: A recent purchase for our new kitchen & I love it! I’ve been looking for something cute to place produce that doesn’t have to be refrigerated, and this bowl is just darling! You could absolutely use it for other things too. As a serving bowl for chips (line it with a cute paper napkin), as a catch all for keys, sunglasses etc, or any other organization you might need!
2. Silicone Body Scrubber: We’ve purchased these over & over again! We use them in place of a traditional loofa because they’re much more sanitary.
3. Knit Set: I just got this in & haven’t had a chance to wear it, but it looks like it will be a really cute cover up! It is see through, so I wouldn’t recommend wearing the shorts out & about. I picked up a size medium, but probably could have done a small.
4. Gold Drink Stirrers: We got these to stir up our morning at home coffees. They’re so pretty & come in silver & rose gold. You could obviously use to mix cocktails too!
5. Stackable Bottle Organizer: I added this to my cart on a whim for wine we want to chill in the fridge, and then I remembered that our drink fridge has a rack for wine. Oh well! haha. We do still find uses for this in our fridge though.
6. Tie Dye Kimono: I immediately fell in love with these colors. The fabric is nice, and the tie dye is really cute in person. I think I’ll keep for a coverup, but I will say the arm holes are kind of weird. There’s this extra flap of fabric that doesn’t serve much of a purpose, but other than that I really like it!
7. Ankle Weights: A quarantine influenced purchase. I’ll admit, I haven’t used these nearly enough, and the strap rubs your ankle (gotta wear high socks!). But I did wear them a few times when I went on a long walk & could definitely tell a difference the next day!
8. Ice Roller: I need someone to hold me accountable to ice roll my face. Lol. I like this one because it’s affordable & super easy to use!
9. Elta MD Sunscreen: I scooped this up at the beginning of summer & have been using it nonstop. It’s a great everyday sunscreen that works well under makeup.
10. Smart Sweets Sweet Fish: OBSESSED! I’ve ordered these multiple times & love to snack on them when I get a craving for something sweet.
11. Rubber Broom: This might just be my best purchase of the summer. If you have dogs that shed, it is a game changer. I know people rave about the cordless Dyson, but this $15 broom is quick, efficient & doesn’t break the bank.
12. Tie Dye Graphic Tee: I actually have this on today & love it! I sized up to a medium, and I’m glad I did. It runs a bit small, and the tee is a bit stiff, but I’m hoping it will soften up as I wash it.
13. Odor Eliminator: This was a must have for us when Stella was younger. Potty training is for the birds, but this came in hard for sure! We were getting low, so I bought a backup in case of emergencies.
14. Smart Sweets Sour Blast Buddies: Another Smart Sweets I’m obsessed with. This one is so good!
15. Folex Duo: This is 100% a must have in our home & I buy two at a time always. This stuff is magic! I swear by this stuff to keep our upholstered furniture clean.
16. Acrylic Magazine Rack: I scooped this up for our bedroom, and I like it. It is a little pricey for the size, it’s kind of small, but I like adding some acrylic to the room with this accessory.
17. Wooden Wine Rack: We’ve ordered this, but haven’t yet received it. It’s not prime & you have to pay for shipping, but since we lost all of our bar storage with the kitchen reno we desperately needed something to store wine. We’ll stick this in the basement once it gets here.
18. Beauty Sponge Pack: I just ordered my second batch of these beauty sponges! They’re great for the price, and the only sponges I use of late.
19. Schick Mini Razors: I heard someone mention that these were better than the tinkle razors & I might have to agree! I use these little razors to “dermaplane” my face. They’re more expensive than the tinkle brand, but they’re sharper & I think might give my face a closer shave.
20. Black One Piece Suit: I think this suit might be going back. It is cute on, but I find it runs a bit big, and I don’t know that I’ll reach for it this summer.
