My CoolSculpting Experience + Before & After Photos

I am FINALLY sharing my CoolSculpting results with y’all! My favorites at Privé Med Spa helped me through the entire experience.

Happy Thursday y’all! I know this has been a long time coming, but I am so excited to share more about my Coolsculpting experience. As always, Privé Med Spa is my go to Medi Spa for all things. I shared a bit about them way back in 2016 & have been a client ever since. They’re the best of the best in Lexington & the one place where I know I am in good hands when it comes to facial & body treatments. They’re true professionals & at the top of their field.

But let’s chat CoolSculpting, shall we?! I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant to try it, but am thrilled with the results that I received from just one treatment. If you’re not familiar, CoolSculpting is FDA-cleared for the treatment of visible fat. It is noninvasive way to treat stubborn fat that you can’t get rid of with diet & exercise. With 1 treatment you can usually expect to eliminate about 25% of the fat cells in the targeted area & you can usually see results within 1-3 months.

Now let me preface this by saying this treatment was solely done because regardless of how much I workout, the back of my arms have always been a trouble area for me. It was something I did to gain a bit more confidence when I’m wearing sleeveless shirts. I am all for doing things that make you feel good! You do YOU!

It was seriously painless, it just felt like a vacuum, and the treatment lasted 35 minutes. There is cold feeling with some stinging, but nothing painful. Natalie at Privé talked me through the whole process, and was seriously amazing! Privé also has 2 machines, so if you’re treating something like your arms or legs your treatment time can be cut in half! There was also no down time, I just had some tenderness & slight swelling that lasted about 10 days.

I had my first & only treatment back in January, but with Covid it took longer than expected for me to go in for my after photos. You can also see more of my experience in this video! Below are my before & after photos, and I am so pleased with the results. Again, this was a personal decision, and one that the gals at Privé helped me with every step of the way!
