January Amazon Purchases

New year, same shopping habit! I am kicking humpday off with a January Amazon Purchases roundup. I snagged everything from storage items, beauty buys, workout clothes & everything inbetween.

• This bracelet holder: Its advertised as a scrunchie holder, but I was looking for something to hold my Espacio & Allie + Bess bracelets & I think this is going to be perfect! I love the acrylic & think it will look darling displayed on my dresser
• This lip balm: The amazing reviews got me on this one! I love a good lip product, but with wearing masks all the time I am more so reaching for balms when I’m at home. I got the rose trio & am super excited to try it out!
• Apple Pencil Gripper: I fell out of the habit of using my iPad & Apple Pencil over 2020, but I just recently purchased The Daily Planners yearly planner & it is 100xs easier to use when you have an Apple Pencil. So I dusted them off & was influenced to buy these grippers after watching all of The Daily Planners’ videos! They make using the apple pencil much more comfortable.
• Ornament Holder: I have zero idea why we didn’t have one of these before! We purchased two of these to hold all of our ornaments & they’re great. Affordable & easy to store in the off season. One holds 64 ornaments btw.
• Folex: I feel like we need to put this on auto ship. This stuff is like magic! Having two dogs that spend a LOT of time on our upholstered furniture, this is one of the ways we keep our furniture clean. But this stuff gets up everythingggg. Red wine, coffee, food, dog drool, etc!
• Rug Grippers: I had the mesh rug grippers under our kitchen rugs & hallway runners & the mesh kept creeping out & it was driving my crazy! I found these rug grippers a few months ago & they’re great. I just purchased a new batch to replace the pads under the hallway runners.
• Nespresso Pods: Another auto purchase for us this time of year! We love love love our Nespresso machine & these barista creations flavors are my fav. I prefer the trio of carmel, vanilla & hazelnut, but it was backordered so I grabbed the caramel cookie in the meantime!
• Aroma Oil: I saw Katey McFarlan talk about this aroma oil & how it smells like Baccarat Rouge 540! It is supposed to arrive today, so I will update this to let y’all know how it diffuses throughout the house!
• Tinkle Razors: This was a restock for me, and if you’re not familiar with tinkle razors take a peek at Jordan Harper’s or Skin by Blair’s post on at home dermaplaning. I’ll be honest, I don’t do this on a regular basis, but it has so many benefits & I would love to start doing this a few times a month. Tinkle razors are the cheapest, easiest way to do so at home.
• It’s a 10 Miracle Leave in Product: I had a sample of this & found myself reaching for it over & over again. It is great to help detangle your hair after washing & it leaves my hair super silky & smooth. My hair is fine & straight so I find that less is more when using this.
• Cotton Pads: Not all cotton pads are created equal & I feel like I will never use another brand as long as I can help it. These are SO good. It’s a 200 count box, so it will last forever & leaves zero lint or cotton fibers behind. I’ve been using it with this tonic after I wash my face.
• Floral Dress: I haven’t bought clothes from amazon in a while, but this dress caught my eye & I was super impressed with the quality of this dress. It’s a little long on me, but looks so cute belted! I grabbed the small, & finds it runs tts.
• Rice Cooker: We just had to toss our old rice cooker, I think Tyler had it in college & it finally bit the dust! There are plenty other ways to cook rice, but we love using a rice cooker. It is such an easy & low maintenance way to cook rice. We grabbed this one to replace our old one & it works great. It’s super easy to clean too which is a must!
• Workout Top: I’m not typically one for cropped workout tops, but I do reach for them when doing yoga. I have a very short torso, so I am hoping this one will be a little longer on me. I love the crisscross front & the reviews are great!
• Tunic Sweater: Pictured above! I bought the color above a few months ago & loved it so much I snagged another color. I ordered the navy blue! I have the size small & it is great for wearing on its own as a dress or over leggings (I’m 5’2 btw) and wear a small.
• Snooz: I saved the best for last y’all. Tyler actually ordered this & I thought it was ridiculous to spend $80 on a sound machine. I was so wrong. This thing is amazing! We normally sleep with a fan app on our phones, so we’re used to background noise at night. This has an app you can control it from bed & it has honestly made the past week of sleep so restful. Highly recommend!
