I love wearing graphic sweatshirts into spring. I’ll lounge in them around the house & also wear them out & about! Today I’m sharing How to Accessorize a Graphic Sweatshirt in 3 easy ways!
Happy Tuesday y’all! I scooped this sweatshirt up after including it in my latest Favorite Finds. I thought it was so cute to wear leading up to Valentine’s Day & even after the fact. I am so so bummed because it sold out, but I have a few similar options that are just as cute. Here is another LOVE one with a bit of edge && this Valentine’s Day inspired option is too cute.
One thing is certain though, a graphic sweatshirt & jeans will be one of my favorite combos to wear into spring. But let’s spice things up shall we?! I am sharing 3 of my favorite ways to accessorize this combo below!
How to Accessorize a Graphic Sweatshirt:
- Add a pop of print! this is one of my favorite ways to top off any outfit, and I love how a pop of leopard adds a little something something to this casual combo.
- Add a little bling! Juxtaposition is one of my favorite elements in a pulled together outfit. I think it goes back to me working J. Crew retail circa 2012. It was the era of Jenna Lyons & she ironically rocked a button up with a sequin skirt. I’ve been obsessed with that kind of combo since! Adding a touch of sparkle with the earrings is such a fun contrast to the casualness of the rest of the look.
- Layers are your friend. Not in the since of layering a jacket over a top, but adding layers of interest or texture. Add a bandana to your bag (I forgot to do this myself 😆), stack some interesting jewelry (love the enamel texture of these bracelets), etc!
