A kimono is a staple in my closet when the weather warms up & today I’m sharing 3 ways to wear a kimono for summer! This longer, floral kimono from Anthro is the star of today’s post. It is beautiful! It has the prettiest shimmer that runs through it & with so many different colors throughout I find it is super versatile.

First up is a little bodycon number! I typically steer clear of anything too tight, but for some reason I don’t mind it as much with this growing bump. I love pairing a flowy kimono with something more form fitted for a little bit of balance. For everyday wear, I’d grab some flat sandals, & for a more dressy approach I love the pop of leopard or a wedge!

This is a no brainer combo when I reach for my kimonos. It’s a super easy way to dress it down. I love these cutoffs btw— use code 20Shelby for 20% off! You could also swap the cutoffs for jeans or white jeans as well!

&& last but not least– this feminine sporty vibe! I love some juxtaposition in an outfit so pairing the feminine skirt & kimono with a more casual tee & sneakers is right up my alley. If you’re not into the sneaker trend you could always swap them for some sandals for a more feminine combo.
look #3 all the way for me! loving the combo!
