Sunflowers & a Free People Floral Maxi just scream summer to me! This dress makes such a statement for those end of summer days.
Happy Wednesday y’all! While I’m dying of the heat today, I am trying not to complain too much because I know I’ll be missing these summer days soon enough. What better way to celebrate the end(ish) of summer than with a fun, sunflower field photoshoot?! Tif, Amanda & I ventured to Eckert’s Orchard a few weeks ago to take advantage of the sunflower season & y’all, it was a trip!
These photos are deceiving, it was hella hot, humid & then it started to drizzle! Lol! We were committed to getting the shot & I loved styling this floral maxi dress for the first time. I snagged this dress a few months ago, & was uncertain about it because it is a lot of fabric, but the colors & cut are just so good! It runs very big btw, I am in an xsmall.
Do y’all remember last years sunflower field shoot?! Clearly I have a thing for straw hats when it comes to sunflowers!

For all you mamas to be out there, this dress is super bump friendly! I was about 22, 23 weeks pregnant here & there is so much more room for the bump. & here I thought my bump was big when we took this! LOL.
