Summer is right around the corner & I find myself wanting a more bronze & glowy look! Today’s May Beauty Favorites are full of products perfect for summer.
May Beauty Favorites:
- BBB Cream: I snagged this during the latest sephora sale & was blown away by this product. It really does what it says it does, the blurring effect is wild! I love wearing this day or night & find it wears rather long throughout the day. I just snagged another shade for the summer.
- Blurring Powder: This was a recommendation from Goals to Get Glowing & once I saw her pictures I immediately ordered. You know the paris filter on instagram? This is it in compact form. The first time I used it I just kept staring at my skin. LOL
- Elta MD Tinted: I love the clear version of this, but snagged the tinted version for my most recent beach trip & really like it. It gives just enough tint to the skin.
- Charlotte Tilbury Under Eye Corrector: Idk why I stopped using this but it’s great. Blends in like a dream & works well under my concealers. I wear the shade 1 Fair.
- Gucci Bronzer: I feel like I can finally apprecaite this bronzer now that it’s (almost) summer. I bought it in too dark of a shade & never returned for whatever reason. Needless to say, it works better on my skin when I am a little bit tan. The finish is beautiful & it is super blendable. I have Shade 2.
- Pat McGrath Blushes: These blushes are so good y’all. I have Nude Venus & Desert Orchid & they’re the perfect summer shades. These two have a slight sheen to them that looks gorgeous on the cheeks.
- by Mario Highlight in Honey: Love, love, love. It’s such a gorgeous goldy champagne shade. I love popping this on the lid as well.
- Iconic London Mascara: It takes a LOT for me to forget about my beloved It Cosmetics Super Hero, but this mascara has done just that. It is SO good y’all. It looks amazing without a mascara primer, but if I use the lance primer beforehand it looks like I have false lashes on.
- Stila Shimmer & Glow in Kitten: So perfect on the lids for a minimal makeup look + in the corners of the eye when I have a bolder eye look.
- Eyes to Mesmerize in Star Gold: Is there a monthly beauty favs roundup that doesn’t include an eyes to mesmerize shade?! Lol. These are just so good. I’ve been loving this shade for summer!
- Natasha Denona Bronze Palette: I’ve been using star gold so much I was in the habit of neglecting other eye products. But I recently pulled this palette back out & I forgot how much I love it. The shades are stunning for the warmer months.
- Kosas Brow: This product is SO GOOD y’all! I love it so much. It fills & thickens my brows while keeping them in place– it does it all.
- One Size Setting Spray: This is a great setting spray if you have oily skin! & I love the aerosol can application!
