I am SO excited to share my January Beauty Favorites with y’all today! I discovered so many new products that have quickly make their way into my daily routine.
January Beauty Favorites:
- Charlotte Tilbury Eye Stick: Now more than ever I appreciate a super easy eye product & these are a new favorite! I snagged the shade ‘Bronzed Garnet’ & I love using this as a liner or I apply into the outer v & blend with the brush in this set. I just ordered the shade ‘Dark Pearl’ to try.
- Tower 28 Lipgloss: This affordable gloss is so comfy on the lips & the shade ‘Pistachio’ is such a pretty milky nude pink. This gloss is only $16 which is pretty affordable for Sephora brands! I have the shade ‘Oat’ on my wishlist too.
- Lawless Lipgloss: I tried these for the first time last November & LOVE the shades ‘Daisy Pink’ & ‘Glazed’. The colors are so gorgeous & I find they do give your lips a little bit of a plump. This formula is much stickier than the Tower 28 gloss, so keep that in mind if you don’t like a sticky gloss.
- Dior Forever Velvet Veil Matte Primer: The best primer I’ve tried in a long time. It really does make your skin look like velvet. I don’t necessarily think it makes my skin any more matte, but I love the finish it gives the skin.
- Dior Forever Matte Foundation: This has been a staple in my makeup collection for years. It is my fail proof go to foundation for any event. It’s not necessarily full coverage, but for some reason I never pulled it out for everyday wear. I pulled it out to try with the veil matte primer & fell in love with it for every day! The key for a lighter, everyday finish is a quick blend with this brush. This foundation with this primer is a dream for oily skinned gals. They pair so well together & give you the prettiest finish to the skin.
- NARS Powder: I hardly stray from my Laura Mercier powder to get my foundation, but this powder is giving it a run for it’s money. It makes your skin truly look blurred, I was so impressed! I’ve been using it to set the Dior foundation & it keeps me pretty matte throughout the day. It also is a great touch up powder too. The only downside is that the color range is so bad, but I use the shade ‘Creek’.
- Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Finish Brightening Powder: Another new to me product that I am obsessed with! Real talk, in hindsight I think the regular flawless filter powder is over rated. It’s a fine powder, but I don’t think it really works that well for me. This powder on the other hand is SO brightening! It is so good to set my under eye concealer with, it brightens up that area so well!
- Powder Puffs: Such a game changer to set my under eye concealer with or finish off a makeup look! Using these puffs really makes for a creaseless under eye area, they’re magic. I also love these for finishing my makeup, patting a finishing powder into my cheeks & T zone.
- RMS Blush in French Rosé: I snagged this blush in Mai Tai last summer & loved it! I picked up a new shade in French Rose & woah it is gorgeous. The pink is shimmery & so pretty on the cheek! The pigment packs a punch & I find it lasts a pretty long time on the cheeks.
- Dior Concealer: When I snagged the Dior primer I wanted to go full Dior for my face base so I added this to my cart. I love this concealer! It works so well on the under eye & doesn’t crease which is huge. I have the shade 2N, but ordered 1.5N for a lighter option.
