Spring feels right around the corner, and while I’m sure we’re due for a March snow in true Kentucky weather fashion I am totally ignoring that possibility! Today I’m sharing six jackets for spring that will transition into the new season seamlessly.
First up is this gorgeous satin blazer. I feel like the lighting here does not do this jacket justice. It is so so pretty in person y’all. I shared it in my color crush blog post last week & it might have kickstarted my love for the citron color. I love this jacket for leveling up your favorite jeans & simple ribbed tank. The texture of the satin against a casual cotton tank & jeans is so good. You could dress this jacket up, but more than likely I’ll be wearing it like so. You could even snag the matching pants if you’re feeling matchy matchy.
A utility jacket always has a spot in my closet & I am loving this updated silhouette. It’s the prettiest pale mint color & I love the ability to cinch it tighter though the waist & back. This jacket is super versatile in my opinion. Throw it over nearly everything– a tee & jeans, a dress, a midi skirt & blouse, jeans shorts, etc. The possibilities are endless. If you’re a casual girlie, this one is such a good option.
I am cheating a bit here, because technically this is a cardigan but oh well. I snagged this long “jacket” a month or so ago & have reached for it a ton. It is the perfect weight, not too heavy, not too light, and great for those in between season days. Y’all know I don’t do neutrals that often over here, but I do sometimes like a simple look like this. We’re making it more me with these leopard flats & a lot of gold jewelry! Pairing this jacket over an all white combo makes it work for spring, and I can’t wait to actually wear this combo out & about.
You’ll never catch me without a denim jacket in my closet. I know the classic silhouette isn’t really “in style” right now (that doesn’t keep me from wearing it btw), but I wanted something a bit more casual & this shacket is it. I’ve have this in my closet since early last fall & have worn the heck out of it. It’s still in stock too!! It’s the perfect layering piece & one I’ll be reaching for this spring.
Bring on the lady like vibes in this boucle jacket! It is such a great piece to transition into spring. I love the gold buttons & the traditional feel of the fabric & the cut. I’ve been dressing this down & pairing with jeans, but it would definitely work for a dressier or professional setting. It comes in 4 colors!
The last jacket for spring is this colorful option! How fun is this purple for the warm months ahead?! I cannot get enough of this shade for spring & this blazer is a great way to add some color to your closet. It’s a longer lined blazer, which I love & I find the cut of it really flattering.
