I love a versatile piece in my closet & I think I have found what might just be the most versatile dress. Today’s printed number is the perfect maxi dress for spring.
Happy Thursday y’all! We’ve seen some glimpses of spring here in Kentucky & I can’t wait for the sunshine & warm weather. The weather was showing off one day a few weeks ago, so when I was out & about shopping I couldn’t resist trying on this dress. This is Anthropologie’s “Somerset” maxi dress & in my opinion it is the perfect maxi dress for spring! I’ve been eyeing this style on their website since last year & I can’t believe it took my so long to pull the trigger. It is such a great piece, and this print has my name all over it!
I love this dress because I think it could do it all! Want to wear it out & about with your kiddos? Pair with sneakers & a jacket if needed (like here). Want to wear it to work? It’s definitely modest enough to do so. Have fun gatherings on your calendar this spring?! Wear it to a shower, date night, girls night, brunch etc! I also think this dress would be so great to wear to Keeneland for all of my local girlies.

Let’s chat a bit about these sneakers, shall we?! I am so so impressed with this brand of shoes. No joke, I have owned these since 2019 & have worn them hard! They are still in great shape, and they’re pretty comfy to wear out & about all day. This color is old, but this crispy white pair is so good.
Another workhorse in my closet is this leather jacket! These All Saint leather jackets are worth every penny. I love them so much! I have this color from 2021 & a dusty blush color from 2020 that I wear all the time. I scored mine during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, but if you’re dying to get your hands on one this blue color is so fun. If you want this look, but don’t want to spend the money, this option is a similar color.
Somerset Maxi Dress Sizing: I am in an xsmall standard & am 5’2″. I think it runs a bit big in my opinion, so if you’re in between sizes I’d recommend sizing down. It also comes in petite & plus sizes!
